My wife Susan and I joined CruiseOne in 1994 and since then have earned Cruise Line International’s "Accredited Cruise Counselor" designation. This demonstrates our commitment to the industry and to you our treasured clients. Cruising has become a specialty in the travel industry and we work and study hard to ensure we continue to earn the title "Cruise Specialists."

I learned early on in this great business that selling cruises is somewhat like a dating service. You know, that if a person likes blondes, you don’t set them up with a brunette and visa versa. People are picky about their love life, as they should be. They should be equally picky about choosing the right cruise. There is an incredible amount of variety of cruise experiences available today. You can choose from assorted river cruises, even down the Nile or Amason, to the newest high tech ships on the water that may have ice skating, surfing, bowling, and even more on board.

Ships come in all shapes and sizes. Some carry 100 passengers and other can sail with up to  6,000 passengers aboard. Some of the modern ships are over three football fields in length and fifteen stories high. Other ships are much smaller. Some are engine powered and some are tall sailing ships which offer many exotic destinations that larger ships cannot visit.

Each cruise line and cruise ship has a personality and my job is to match you with the right one based on what you tell me. A cruise is not just a cruise. Every cruise is different and offers its own unique features.

Some clients are more interested in the ship than they are the ports of call. Others are just the opposite. And, still a few, only care about getting away and are more concerned about the costs. Another distinction of our philosophy is that try to save you as much money as possible even though we make less. Often, we will get a lower price for you at final payment and save you even more money than we originally agreed upon. I promise you that most travel agents would never do this. Why do we? Because we know that if you learn to trust us and know that we look out for you, you wll come back again and again as most of my clients have.
